Anko Products offers small peristaltic pumps for OEM applications from 1.5 mL/mn to 1 Liter/mn. Since the tubing in the pump head is the only thing in contact with the fluid the tubing must be NSF listed. Anko uses Food Grade Norprene tubing, (Polypropylene based), which is FDA approved, (FDA 21 CFR 177.26000) and NSF listed (Standard 51). OEM pumps are available with 115 VAC, 230 VAC, 12 VDC and 24 VDC gearmotors. www.ankoproducts.com

Looking for assistance to find an NSF certified pump for potable water. Though it’s potable water, it will still have up to 500ppm dissolved salt, so the preference is non-metallic or 316 stainless coated/uncoated. The plant is near the shore and the outside of the pump will see a corrosive environment, so a marine-grade coat and 316 SS hardware will be required.
BEP near 740gpm @ 155ft. The orientation preference is horizontal, but efficiency is key.
NPSHA: 30ft
Liquid temperature: Min 17 °C, Max 27°C
Density of water: 996 - 1000 kg/m3
Kinematic Viscosity: 0.86 - 1.08 cSt
Water condition: RO permeate, 0mg/L TSS.
In case you need the motor information:
NEMA Premium Efficiency
380VAC 3-phase 50hZ is available on site, but it will be VFD controlled.
Please let me know if you have a product that will meet our criteria.
Much Thanks!

We at Depco can help you. The Grundfos CR series meets NSF61 for potable water and is available 50hz. Which leads me to a question: NSF is a US listing, where our electric is 60hz.Your requirement is for 50hz, assuming your requirement is out of the US. Why are you using NSF, a US standard for your requirement??

Correct. Unit will be depoyed outside the US. It is easier to adhere to our US standards given our current niche market size and locations. I will be contacting you directly Jeff to further discuss options. Thank-You!
