Line to line is big faults (short) that occurs from power supply, that is almost 80 percent, this unbalance power load from supply.

Not quite sure what you are asking but a line to line fault will cause unbalanced currents to flow. The fault current will be approximately 78% of what a three phase fault would be at the same point, but a three phase fault is symmetrical and does not cause unbalanced currents to flow. More information will yield better responses.
