The module mismatch losses will increase. The overall string will be dictated by the weakest power module.

One possible solution may be to consider micro-inverters or even optimizers to help reduce the irregularity within the module wattage. How much is the variance between modules?

Dear Danny :
thank you for your guidance
can you please explain me the functions of Micro-inverters and optimizer ?
Any date sheet of Micro-inverters and optimizer ???
How it works?

I would reccomend http://www.tigoenergy.com/ for the optimizers and http://enphase.com/products/m215/ for the micro inverters.

On each site will be data sheets. Depending on your wattage variance this may or may not be the best fit.

What watt Modules are you using?

Dear Danny :
I have to install 100KW solar panels with MPPT controllers without batteries ,each solar panels is 250W ,but place is not uniform
Roof is tilted at both sides like hut.
any advice?

If you are installing 250W Modules in more than one specific tilt and azimuth than you would want to either go with the micro-inverters or you would want to get a central inverter capable of DUAL MPPT. You would then string all the modules that are tilted in the same angle and azimuth on one MPPT and the other angle on the second MPPT.

Hello. I think that with the solar edge inverter + power box for each panel you will have a less expensive solution an every panel works independant.

I agree with Frank. The Solaredge inverters and optimizes are your best bet. With an optimizer for each panel, the panels do work independently. This gives you the opportunity to monitor the output for each panel without hindering the performance of the entire system.
