I have been asked to relocate from my employer to other region........what are the things that i should keep in mind while negotiating the salary

First thing is the cost of living. Next, are they willing to pay for the cost of moving you? Are they going to help with the housing?

Yes they are going to provide fully furnished flat along with relocation cost........as far as cost of living is concern, it is definitely going to increase in my case......

You may want to look at overall costs. If your family or parents(if they are with you) are going to stay back at where you are, you may want to look at the cost of visits. Opportunity cost in terms of career growth and so on.
