I have not understood your question. Do you need to calculate all three for the same process? Please ask the question in detail.

Hello:
To calculate an orifice plate you can read ISO 5167-2:2003 "Measurement of fluid flow by means of pressure differential devices inserted in circular cross-section conduits running full --Part 2: Orifice plates.
With orifice plates you need to use differential pressure transmitters "DP transmitters" and configurate the instruments to process the differential pressure signal by square root and not linearly.
