First question:
Did you contact your local Siemens technical support? They are the best option to help you. Just create a service request for your question.
Short comment from my side:
The S120 and CU320-2 PN are not integrated in TIA Portal Step7 V11 (or V12 for that matter). So you can enter the GSD file so you see and connect the device in the network view, but configuration for the CU320-2 device should be done with Starter in the same way as the "classic" Simatic Manager. You also have to configure the protocol to match in TIA and starter.

Starter is the way to go but is he talking about the physical interface?

I'm configuring the drives in Starter, and updated the GSD version for CU320-2PN and it is connected in hardware configuration and also showing the I/O, which it not available with previous version of GSD. Now please help how to program the PLC for axis control.

Do you want to use the S7-1200 to control the drive? Or do you want to use the CU-320-2PN to do the hard work and only use the S7-1200 to give the start / stop / preset X / Action Y commands?
There are some useful application examples available for using the S7-1200 in axis control applications:
http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/40616058
There is a Motion Control Manual:
http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/60444032
And the starting point for the S7-1200 should be the general website:
http://www.automation.siemens.com/S7-1200
Here you can also find the link to the Automation tasks in 10 minutes or less video's:
http://www.industry.siemens.com/topics/global/en/tia-portal/automation-tasks/Pages/default.aspx?tabcardname=simatic%20s7-1200
There are at least 2 motion related video's on there.
With this, you should be able to at least get some movement. As stated before, if you run into specific problems, a support specialist can help you but they will need a detailed description, screenshots or your project to help you. You can get this help via the Siemens support channels, I don't think LinkedIn is the proper channel to get detailed engineering support.
Good Luck!
